Comedian Johnny Lever reacted to Paresh Rawal’s sudden leaving the film Hera Ferry 3. Johnny Lever said that Paresh Rawal should do this film and will not enjoy it without him.

Talking to Zoom, Johnny Lever said, ‘I think they should do a film. If everyone sit and talk, then the matter will be solved. Fans want to see these three (Akshay Kumar, Sunil Shetty and Paresh Rawal) together. All are missing them. If a film is made without Paresh ji, then people will miss him a lot and will not enjoy it. I believe that everyone should talk and start the film. In my view, this is right.

Significantly, Akshay Kumar sent him a legal notice after Paresh Rawal left the film. On which a legal response was sent by Paresh Rawal. Paresh Rawal’s legal representatives Anand & Naik told IANS, “The actor was neither given the story of the film, nor the screenplay nor the draft of any agreement, which was necessary to join the project. Apart from this, the producer of the original film Nadiadwala objected to making the film by sending a notice to his client (Paresh Rawal), so his client left the project and returned the money with interest. He has also abolished the ‘term sheet’ (initial agreement).

11 lakh rupees returned with interest

Paresh Rawal’s lawyers have said that now there is no responsibility left from Rawal’s film and the money he had taken has also returned with interest of Rs 11 lakh. Akshay Kumar’s team said that the departure of Rawal caused the film’s team, shooting and expenses, but Paresh’s lawyers replied that at first Rawal was given money, then notices were sent, while the story and the name of the film were also not fixed. Therefore, the matter of loss is not correct.

According to the Times of India, Paresh Rawal signed the film’s term sheet (initial agreement) in March. He signed this during the shooting of his second film ‘Bhoot Bangla’ and that too without any legal advice. At that time Paresh Rawal had expressed concern because he had not found any documents and had no information about the script or story. Akshay had told him, ‘Don’t worry, trust me. You will later see this in the long form agreement. ‘

Paresh Rawal signed the term sheet due to good friendship and trust with Akshay Kumar. A source had said that in April, Rawal was asked to make a promotional video for ‘Hera Ferry 3’. He then questioned Akshay about the script and contract of the film, but he was told that it is necessary to make the video before the IPL final, the rest will be decided later.

The report further stated, Paresh Rawal signed without reading the term sheet. It wrote that he will get 99% of the full fees only after release. Generally, actors in films get their fees in different parts of shooting, such as production, during production and after film release. But in this term sheet, Rawal used to get very little money while signing and the rest of the major part was to be given only after the film’s release. Due to these conditions, Paresh also decided to leave the film.
