Gold and silver prices saw a rise on Monday (26 August). According to the India Bullion and Jewelers Association (IBJA), the price of one kg silver on Monday increased by Rs 1576 to Rs 86,191 per kg. Earlier on Friday, the price of silver was Rs 84,615 per kg.

At the same time, 10 grams of 24 carat gold has increased by Rs 618 to Rs 72,042. On Friday, its price was Rs 71,424 per ten grams. This year, gold has reached an all-time high of Rs 73,302 per 10 grams in April. At the same time, silver reached its all-time high of Rs 94,280 per 10 grams on May 29.
