There was more emphasis on ‘Saiyaan’ in the song. Saiyan’s condition is worse than inflation. On the new season of his upcoming project Panchayat, he said that its shooting is currently going on. The actor shared many things related to his career and personal life with Bhaskar. Read- Question: Have come to children’s theater workshop in Jaipur. How important is it to connect children with theatre? Raghuveer Yadav: It is very important. Theater is the only genre which teaches the way of living, shows the direction as to how to save, build and move forward wisely. Theater never teaches you to waste time, but teaches you to use the time you have properly. If children are inculcated in the habit of theater from a young age and its meaning is explained to them, then life becomes much easier. Children are promising anyway, they just have to be shown the right direction. The biggest advantage of theater is that you never feel alone. Question: You started your career with music and then joined theatre. What were the challenges in the initial stages? Raghuveer Yadav: Look, there are no problems. If you want, call them problems, if you want, call them fun. In my opinion, if you want to make life better then you will have to learn to enjoy the troubles. Actually the problem is not in work, the problem is in laziness. If someone says as soon as the school bell rings that he has started suffering and stops going to school, then nothing will happen. I never felt any pain. Whatever I could do, I did it. What he couldn’t do, he tried to learn. This was the only way. Question: What change did you feel within yourself after the success of the Panchayat? Raghuveer Yadav: There was no change in me. Theater had brought about the change long ago. Theater taught us to keep learning, not to shy away from hard work and not to waste time. Even after the Panchayat, I am the same. I just try to keep learning continuously. Question: Your song ‘Mahangai Daayan Khay Jaat Hai’ is still on people’s lips. How do you see it? Raghuveer Yadav: It feels good that people still listen and sing it. My job was to sing, I sang. Now if people feel good then it is their choice. And as far as inflation is concerned, it has been increasing since my childhood. I had given more emphasis on ‘Saiyaan’ in the song. Saiyan’s condition is worse than inflation. Question: What is the update regarding the new season of Panchayat? Raghuveer Yadav: Shooting is going on right now. It will take about two-three months to complete the shooting. After that post-production will also take some time. So we will have to wait a little longer. Question: Are you doing any new projects apart from this? Raghuveer Yadav: Yes, currently I have done two web series named Pipeline and God Off but I do not work much. I like to walk at a tortoise’s pace. I work leisurely and do only what interests me. Question: What memories do you have associated with Jaipur? Raghuveer Yadav: There are many memories associated with Jaipur. Many plays were performed here during the days of National School of Drama. Before that he also did music programs. Worked with friends like Ajit Palawat. I come here often, so Jaipur is not a new city for me. The best thing is that people here are very enthusiastic about theatre. The audience here is amazing. To tell the truth, whenever I have come to Jaipur, it has always been fun working here and meeting the audience. — Also read this news – It will be beneficial if NSD’s regional center is established in Rajasthan: NSD director said – Government will have to come forward and take initiative, resources will have to be collected.
