Police have arrested two accused in the case of firing on Haryanvi singer Rahul Fazilpuriya in Gurugram. They are accused of providing weapons to the shooters who carried out the firing. Police have arrested 10 accused in the Fazilpuria firing case.

The accused were identified as Pradeep Sherawat (35), resident of Dayanand Colony Sector 5, and Gagandeep alias Judge, resident of Baba Ramlal Nagar, District Firozpur, Punjab.
The criminal records of the accused revealed that a total of 27 cases were registered in Punjab under Pradeep and another Gagandeep alias Judge for assault, threatening to kill, attempt to murder, murder, under NDPS Act, Arms Act.

In this case, the police had arrested notorious gangster Sunil Sardhania from Delhi Airport on 26 October. He had gone to Central America via Dubai in the year 2024 using a passport obtained on the basis of fake documents and while staying there, he was in contact with his co-accused.

He, along with his associates, had also planned to carry out murderous incidents like murder of Rohit Shokeen and firing on a property dealer in Gurugram. During police interrogation of the accused, it was revealed that accused Gagandeep had provided illegal weapons to accused Pradeep from Kherki Daula at the behest of his other associate (Deepak Nandal). Accused Pradeep had provided these illegal weapons to accused Shakti Singh, with whom the above mentioned crime was committed.
