US President Donald Trump said Wednesday that the United States was ready to attack Iran again after extensive bombardment of sites across the country left at least 19 Iranians dead.
“We blew up much more than their radar last night. It was a very heavy attack last night, and we’re prepared to do another one any time we want,” Trump told reporters in the Oval Office.

While the risk of a broader global conflict has intensified, analysts believe a full merger of the regional wars into a single global conflict remains unlikely in the near term. Additionally, the closure of the strategically crucial Strait of Hormuz has raised fears of major disruptions to global oil supplies and trade.
