In Uttar Pradesh, a scheme is being implemented to make students sharp in studies in government schools. Although this work comes under the Basic Education Department, a task force has been formed under the chairmanship of Rampur District Magistrate (DM), in which officers from different departments have been included, who visit schools for inspection. In this sequence, Chief Medical Officer (CMO) Dr. SP Singh visited Kishanpur Ataria Primary School in Rampur city area for inspection and wanted to know about the progress of students from the female principal.

CMO sahab alleges that during the investigation, the principal madam showed a very strict attitude and gave him sharp answers. When asked whether all the students are competent, the principal said that all donkeys cannot be horses. Not only this, the principal even told CMO sahab that I also keep a double barrel gun with me. I am not afraid of anyone.

CMO sahab was agitated by the behavior of the female principal and immediately left from there. When the task force meeting was held under the chairmanship of the District Magistrate, he narrated his woes in front of all the officials. After listening to him, the Basic Education Officer has issued a show cause notice to the accused principal. In case of no response, the BSA has also talked about taking action against the principal.

On this subject, District Basic Education Officer Raghavendra Singh said that CMO sahab went for inspection on July 11 in Primary School Kishanpur which falls in Ataria Nagar area. After the inspection, when our departmental meeting was held on July 25, CMO sahab said that Headmaster Asma Parveen did not talk to him properly. He said to me (CMO)- Yes, tell me, I am the Headmaster here, what do you have to say, I have a licensed weapon, I keep a weapon, I am not afraid of any goon.

When CMO sahab asked whether all the children here are good in studies or not? Then Asma Parveen said- all donkeys cannot be horses. CMO says that the post of a teacher has dignity, but the headmaster behaved contrary to this dignity. Currently, after the complaint, BSA has issued a notice to Principal Asma Parveen. Also, an explanation has been sought within three days. If a satisfactory answer comes in three days then it is fine, otherwise action will be taken.
