Howard Graham Buffet (71) was recently named as the new chairman of Berkshire Hathaway after his father, Warren Buffet, stepped down as the chairman of the company.

His agricultural work has been fixated on conservation, efforts to improve food production while safeguarding soil and other natural resources.
