The Balochistan Liberation Front (BLF) has released footage showing its newly formed all-women combat unit, the Karima Armed Assault Division (KAAD), taking part in an armed operation against Pakistani security forces in Balochistan.
The BLF claimed nine Pakistani military personnel were killed in the operation. However, these casualty claims have not been independently verified.
KAAD was recently announced as a dedicated female combat formation of the BLF. The group has not publicly identified the individual women shown in the footage, but its videos show them in military-style uniforms undergoing weapons and combat training.
