Viksit Bharat Buildathon 2025 Last Date Today, Register Now At vbb.mic.gov.in.

The Ministry of Education will close the registration window for Viksit Bharat Buildathon 2025 today, October 6, 2025. Interested participants can register through the official website at vbb.mic.gov.in. The Ministry of Education, in partnership with the Atal Innovation Mission, is conducting the Viksit Bharat Buildathon 2025, a nationwide initiative encouraging students from classes 6 to 12 to showcase their creativity and problem-solving skills.

The highlight of the Buildathon is the National Live Buildathon, scheduled for October 13, 2025. The event will be inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and will see students across the country participating simultaneously. Students are encouraged to work in teams of five to seven and develop prototypes or ideas that address real-world challenges. Schools can register multiple teams to take part in the event.

Following the live event, schools can submit their entries from October 14 to October 31, 2025. These entries will be evaluated in November, and the winners will be announced in December. The Buildathon aims to support India’s vision of becoming a developed nation by 2047 by fostering innovation and practical problem-solving among young learners.

The 2025 edition of the Buildathon focuses on four national themes:

Atmanirbhar Bharat-Promoting Self-Reliance

Swadeshi – Encouraging indigenous solutions

Vocal for Local – Highlighting local products and resources

Samriddhi – Building pathways to prosperity and sustainable growth

The top 10,000 entries will receive national recognition, along with opportunities for mentoring and possible adoption by corporate partners. Students, teachers, and schools across India are urged to participate and make the most of this platform to showcase their innovative ideas on a national and global stage.
