At least 15 people were killed and dozens injured when a driver rammed a pickup truck into a crowd in New Orleans early on New Year’s Day. The FBI is investigating the attack as an “act of terrorism” and said it doesn’t think the driver was “solely responsible. The driver, Shamsud-Din Jabbar who was killed in a firefight was a Texas man and Army veteran he also had an ISIS flag in his truck.
