The Supreme Court has given a big decision for housewives. During the hearing on the legal right of maintenance of Muslim women, the court has said that now the time has come for Indian men to recognize the role of housewives and their sacrifice for the family. The court further said in its comment that now men should open a joint account with their housewives and also help them financially by giving them ATM cards.
