Supreme Court on Highcourt Judges orop Pension: The Supreme Court has given a historic verdict for retired judges of the High Court. Now all High Court judges will get the benefit of ‘One Rank-One Pension’ (OROP), whether they are from the District Judiciary or from the lawyers. The court made it clear that distinguishing between judges and additional judges is unjust.
