Places of Worship Act: The Supreme Court on Thursday, while hearing the Places of Worship Act of 1991, has asked the Central Government to file its reply within four weeks. A bench of three judges headed by the Chief Justice said that the court will not issue an order on this without the opinion of the Central Government. Along with this, the court gave a big decision and said that as long as it is hearing this case, such new cases will not be heard across the country. That means, in case of dispute, cases will be filed, but the trial court will not hear it.
