Patna News: After the BPSC exam today, students started creating ruckus at Bapu Center in Kumhrar, Patna. The students alleged that the question paper was delayed by 40 minutes. As soon as the examination was over, angry students started creating ruckus. After this, DM Chandrashekhar Singh and Patna’s SSP Rajeev Mishra reached the spot…they started explaining to the students…during this the DM slapped a student hard.
