Mumbai Rain: People are troubled by heavy rains in the country’s financial capital Mumbai. Rain has put a brake on local trains. Local train service has had to be stopped due to heavy rains and waterlogging on up and down local lines between Vidya Vihar and Mulund. Heavy waterlogging is also seen on Bhandup Nahur down local line. The questionable order of 30 km per hour speed has been imposed on up and down local lines between Kanjurmarg and Vikhroli.
