The Supreme Court has taken suo motu cognizance. A bench of three judges headed by the Chief Justice will hear the case on Tuesday. The investigating agency CBI has not arrested any other person so far…but the investigation agency’s interrogation of the hospital’s former director Sandeep Ghosh continued for the third consecutive day.
