Delhi Liquor Scam Case Update: Now BRS leader K Kavita has also got bail from the Supreme Court in the Delhi liquor scam. The court has granted her conditional bail. In this case, ED/CBI has got a big setback from the court. She has got bail in both the cases. With this, the way for her to come out of jail after five months has been cleared. K Kavita was arrested on March 9. A bench of Justice BR Gavai and Justice KV Vishwanathan has granted bail. The Supreme Court said that Kavita has been in jail for five months. There are 493 witnesses and 50000 documents in the case. The trial is not expected to be completed soon. The investigation of the case has been completed. The law provides for special treatment for women while considering bail. The Supreme Court cancelled the High Court’s decision not to grant bail.
