Jammu Kashmir Encounter: Kashmir Zone IGP VK Birdi has said that Jammu Kashmir Police along with CRPF has killed a foreign terrorist in Khanyar area. He was the top commander of Lashkar-e-Taiba and was very active in Kashmir. He had also killed an Inspector of Jammu and Kashmir Police.
