India-Pakistan Tension: Amidst tension, the central government has asked many states to drill mock drills. The Ministry of Home Affairs has asked the states to drill mock drills for civil security on 7 May. The states have been instructed to mock drills to avoid air strikes. The timing of these instructions of the central government is very important. Last time such mock drill was held in 1971. In 1971, there was a war between India and Pakistan on two fronts. After 54 years of this war, there is going to be mock drill in the country.
