Hindenburg Report: Adani Group has described Hindenburg’s new report as malicious and an attempt to divert attention. The group has issued a statement saying that the report has been prepared by picking up selective pieces from already public information to reach predetermined conclusions. This work was done for personal gain and in doing so, facts and law were disregarded. Adani Group completely rejects these allegations. The report re-presents the allegations which have already been found baseless. These allegations have already been rejected by the Supreme Court in March 2023.
