This case against Elvish has been registered for threatening Saurabh Gupta, a witness to the Noida Rev Party case. Saurabh Gupta, a witness associated with PFA, pleaded in the court against YouTuber. After which a case has been registered against him in Nandagram police station of Ghaziabad. Elvish has been booked under Section 506 of IPC
