Election strategist Prashant Kishor on Sunday said that his ‘Jan Suraaj’ campaign will become a political party on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti on October 2. Kishor said that his new political party will contest the assembly elections to be held in Bihar next year. Kishor was addressing the state-level workshop of Jan Suraaj here, in which many people including the granddaughter of former Chief Minister Karpuri Thakur participated.
