17 laborers are feared trapped after an under-construction building collapsed amid heavy rains in Bengaluru’s Babusapalya on Tuesday. Officials said that this incident happened at a time when heavy rains are continuing in the city. Two rescue vehicles of the emergency department have been deployed for relief work.
