Baba Siddiqui Murder Case: Mumbai Police has invoked stringent Maharashtra Control of Organized Crime Act (MCOCA) sections against the accused in the murder of Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) leader Baba Siddiqui. The Crime Branch has so far arrested 26 people in this case, including the alleged main shooter Shiv Kumar Gautam. At present the investigation of this matter is going on. Mumbai Crime Branch has named three people as absconding accused in this murder case, the first name of which is Shubham Lonkar Kar, the second name is Zishan Akhtar and the third name is Anmol Bishnoi. In this case, Mumbai Crime Branch imposed MCOCA when the police got information about this murder case. The role of Lawrence Bishnoi’s brother Anmol Bishnoi was found and evidence related to it was found.
