An atmosphere of devotion was witnessed on the auspicious occasion of Guru Purnima in Shri Sai Baba Samadhi Temple of Shirdi. With the beginning of Guru Purnima festival, a devotee presented a grand gold crown worth more than Rs 1 crore to Sai Baba as Gurudakshina. Srinivas Rao, a resident of Vellore, Andhra Pradesh, offered a beautiful gold crown weighing 642 grams to Sai Baba. This crown, worth approximately Rs 1.03 crore, has finely carved Navagrahas and is decorated with American diamonds, which has further increased its grandeur.
