Just before the monsoon, at the time of preparation for Kharif season, there is a severe shortage of diesel in rural areas of Marathwada of Maharashtra. The supply of fuel has completely collapsed in the entire area including Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), due to which the plowing and sowing work of the farmers has come to a standstill.
