Patna Court has given interim relief from arrest to Khan Sir in the case of violent clash and firing outside Khan Global Studies (KGS) Coaching Institute located at Musallahpur Haat, Patna. The court has maintained the stay on his arrest. The arrest of three of Khan’s associates has also been stayed. The stay on his arrest will continue till the next hearing on June 25. The court directed the police not to take any coercive action against Khan sir till the next hearing. The police has also submitted the updated case diary to the court. Let us tell you that in the last hearing on June 9, the Patna Civil Court had put an interim stay on the arrest of Khan sir. During the hearing held on Saturday, the court maintained the ban on arrest till the next hearing.
