In terms of market capitalization, 4 out of the top-10 companies in the country increased by Rs 1,01,370 crore in the last week’s business. During this time, Life Insurance Corporation of India i.e. LIC was the top gainer. The company’s market cap has increased by Rs 59,234 crore to Rs 6.03 lakh crore.

Apart from this, the value of State Bank of India (SBI) has increased 19,590 crores, Airtel’s ₹ 14,084 crore and HDFC Bank’s ₹ 8,462 crore has increased. Here, the value of Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has come down by Rs 17,910 crore to Rs 12.53 crore. The value of Reliance, ICICI Bank, Bajaj Finance, Hindustan Unilever (HUL) and Infosys have been reduced to ₹ 34,853 crore.

Last week, there was a decline in the market

On the last day of the week i.e. Friday, May 30, the Sensex fell 182 points to close at 81,451. The Nifty also declined by 83 points, it closed at 24,751 levels.

Out of 30 Sensex’s 30 shares, 25 declined and 5 declined. Jomato shares climbed 4.95%. Shares of SBI, HDFC Bank, LT and Bajaj Finserv also closed up 2%. 14 shares, including HCL Tech, Tech Mahindra and Infosys, fell by 2%.

7 out of 50 shares of Nifty saw a rise in 7 and 43 declined. The index of NSE government banks rose 2.88%. Whereas, metal declined by 1.69%, IT 1.15% and auto 0.98%.
