UPSC CDS I Result 2025 Declared: 535 Candidates Qualify, What’s Next?

UPSC CDS Result Out: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has announced the final result of the Combined Defence Services (CDS-I). According to the merit list published by the commission, a total of 535 candidates have been declared successful.

This selection process was for admission to the 123rd Short Service Commission Men’s Course and the 37th Short Service Commission Women’s (Non-Technical) Course. Out of the 535 successful candidates, 473 are men and 62 are women.

“Candidates can also obtain information regarding results by accessing to UPSC website http://www.upsc.gov.in. However, marks of the candidates will be available on the Commission’s website within 15 days from the date of declaration of final result and will remain available for a period of 30 days,” reads the official notice.

What’s The Next Step?

The Union Public Service Commission has stated that the selection of candidates is currently provisional. Their birth certificates, educational qualifications, and other necessary documents will be verified by Army Headquarters.

“The results of Medical Examination of candidates have not been taken into account in preparing the merit list. The candidature of all the candidates is Provisional. Verification of Date of Birth and Educational Qualification of these Candidates will be done by Army Head Quarter,” the notice stated.

How To Check UPSC CDS I Result 2025?

Step 1 – First, visit the UPSC website upsc.gov.in.

Step 2 – Next, click on the link Final Result: Combined Defence Services Examination (I), 2025 (OTA) in the What’s New section on the home page.

Step 3 – A PDF will open, containing the merit list along with roll numbers and names.

Step 4 – Use Ctrl+F to search for your name and roll number.

Step 5 – Finally, download and save it.
