UKSSSC Jobs 2025: The Uttarakhand Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UKSSSC) has announced the recruitment of 128 Special Education Teacher (LT) positions in the Garhwal and Kumaon divisions. The application process begins today, September 17, 2025, and interested candidates can apply online through the commission’s official website, sssc.uk.gov.in. The correction window will be open from October 10 to 12, 2025. The tentative date for the written examination is January 18, 2026.

UKSSSC will recruit for 74 posts in the Garhwal Division and 54 posts in the Kumaon Division, totaling 128 positions. According to the official notice, the application fee is Rs 300 for General, and OBC candidates and Rs 150 for SC, ST, EWS, and Divyang candidates.

UKSSSC Recruitment 2025: Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: To be eligible, candidates must have a B.Ed degree in Special Education from an institute recognised by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) and a valid RCI CRR number.

Age Limit: Applicants must be between 21 and 42 years old, with age relaxation provided to candidates from reserved categories (SC, ST, OBC, Divyang) as per government rules.

UKSSSC Recruitment 2025: Exam Pattern

The exam will consist of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs), with a total of 100 questions to be answered in two hours. There will be negative marking, with one-fourth mark deducted for each wrong answer. General, OBC candidates must score at least 45 marks to qualify, while SC, ST candidates need at least 35 marks.

Selected candidates will receive a monthly salary ranging from Rs 44,900 to Rs 1,42,400 under Level 7, along with other government benefits.
