This week i.e. between 6 to 10 October, four main boards will open in the stock market. These include large companies like Tata Capital and LG Electronic. The IPO of Tata Capital will open from October 6, the IPO of LG Electronic from October 7. Investors can invest minimum of Rs 14,550 in these IPOs.
1. Tata Capital IPO: You will be able to bid till 8 October
The IPO of Tata Group’s financial services company Tata Capital will open from tomorrow i.e. October 6. Tata Capital will raise around Rs 15,500 crore through this IPO. This will be the biggest issue of 2025. The company will sell 47.58 crore shares in the issue. Which includes 21 crore new shares (fresh issues) and 26.5 million old shares (offer for cell). Investors will be able to bid for this by 8 October.

The price band of this IPO has been kept at ₹ 310 to ₹ 326. Retail investors can do bidding for minimum for a lot, with 46 shares. If you apply for 1 lot of IPO’s Upper Prize band ₹ 326, then it will have to invest Rs 14,996.
At the same time, retail investors can apply for maximum 13 lots or 598 shares. For this, investors will have to invest Rs 1,94,948 according to the upper prize band. Great growth in financials before IPO
Tata Capital has recorded great growth in its financial performance before IPO. In March 2025 quarter, the company’s net profit increased by Rs 31% to Rs 1,000 crore as compared to Rs 765 crore in the same quarter last year. During the same period, the company’s operation increased by Rs 4,998 crore to Rs 50% to Rs 7,478 crore.
In the financial year 2024-25, the company’s total net profit increased from Rs 3,327 crore to Rs 3,655 crore on an annual basis. At the same time, the total revenue of the company increased from Rs 18,175 crore to Rs 28,313 crore.
Tata Sons’s 93% stake in Tata Capital
Tata Sons is the holding company of Tata Capital. It holds around 93% stake in Tata Capital. The rest of the Tata Group has other companies and trusts. Tata Capital has the status of Additional layer NBFC (Non Banking Financial Company) from Reserve Bank of India (RBI).
2. LG Electronic IPO will open on 7 October
The IPO of South Korean company LG’s Indian unit LG Electronics India Limited will be on October 7. In this issue, the current investors of the company are selling 10.18 crore shares, the value of which is Rs 15,000 crore. This will be the company’s 15% stake. The company is not issuing any fresh shares in the issue. This IPO will be open till 9 October for investors.

How much money can you spend minimum and maximum?
LG Electronic has fixed the price band of IPO ₹ 1080 – ₹ 1140. Retail investors can do bidding for a lot of minimum, with 13 shares. If you apply for 1 lot for Rs 1 lot at the rate of Rs ₹ 1140 of IPO, then you have to invest Rs 14,820.
At the same time, retail investors can apply for maximum 13 lots or 169 shares. For this, investors will have to invest Rs 1,92,660 according to the upper prize band. The company has reserved 50% of the IPO for qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB). Apart from this, 35% share is reserved for non-institutional investors (NII).

3. Rubicon Research IPO: Will be able to bid by 13 October Rubicon Research Limited’s IPO will open on 9 October, which will be open to investors till October 13. The total size of the IPO is Rs 1,377.50 crore. The company will issue 1.03 crore new shares worth Rs 500 crore through the IPO. At the same time, there will be an offer for sale of Rs 877.50 crore in which the current shareholders will sell their 1.81 crore shares.

LG Electronic has fixed the price band of IPO ₹ 461- ₹ 485. Retail investors can do bidding for minimum for a lot, with 30 shares. If you apply for 1 lot for Rs 1 lot at the rate of ₹ 485, the upper prize band of the IPO, then it will have to invest Rs 14,550.
At the same time, retail investors can apply for maximum 13 lots or 390 shares. For this, investors will have to invest Rs 1,89,150 according to the upper prize band. The company has reserved 75% of the IPO for qualified institutional buyers (QIB). Apart from this, 10% share is reserved for non-institutional investors (NII).

Rubicon Research began in 1999. It mainly works to make different types of formulation, ie special types of medicines and sell them in the market. The company has a strong hold in the US market.
