On the third trading day of the week, on today i.e. on June 18, the Sensex is trading about 250 points at 81,830. The Nifty also has a gain of about 100 points, it is at a level of 24,940.

Out of 30 shares of Sensex, 23 are rose while 7 decline. Adani Ports, NTPC and Kotak Mahindra Bank have a 1% decline. While IndusInd Bank shares have risen 4.5%.

40 out of 50 shares of Nifty rose while 10 decline. NSE’s auto and realty sectors increase by 1.3%. Pharma and banking shares have also climbed.

Mixed business for Asian markets

  • In Asian markets, Japan’s Nikkei is trading at 38,791 with a gain of 255 points (0.66%) at 38,791 and Korea’s Kospi is trading at 2,967 by climbing 17 points (0.57%).
  • Hong Kong’s Hangseng index is trading around 300 points (1.20%) to 23,690 and China’s Shanghai Composite is trading at 3,380 below 7 points.
  • On June 17, the US Dow Jones fell 0.70% to close at 42,216. At the same time, Nasdaq Composite fell at 19,521 down 0.91% and S&P 500 fell 0.84% ​​to close at 5,983.

Domestic investors bought shares worth 8,207 crore on 17 June

  • On June 17, Foreign Investors (FIIs) purchased Rs 1,482.77 crore in the cash segment and Rs 8,207.19 crore by domestic investors (DIS).
  • In June, foreign investors have sold ₹ 5,869.04 crore in the cash segment. While domestic investors have a net purchase of ₹ 58,138.87 crore.
  • Net purchases of foreign investors in May stood at Rs 11,773.25 crore. At the same time, domestic investors also purchased a net of ₹ 67,642.34 crore in a month.

Erisinfra Solutions IPO open from today

The IPO of Erisinfra Solutions Limited has been opened today i.e. 18 June. Investors will be able to do bidding by June 20 for this issue. On 25 June, the company shares will be listed on Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE).

Through this issue, the company wants to raise the total ₹ 499.60 crore. The company will release 2.25 crore fresh shares in the issue. In this issue, the current investor or promoter of the company will not sell a single stock through offer for sale.

The stock market declined by 213 points on Tuesday

The second business day of the week i.e. Tuesday, June 17, the Sensex fell nearly 213 points to close at 81,583. The Nifty also declined by 93 points, it closed at 24,853 levels.

Out of 30 Sensex’s 30 shares, 8 declined and 22 declined. Shares of 10 companies, including Tata Motors, Sunforma and Eaterial (Jomato), fell 2%. Asian Paints, Infosys and Tech Mahindra rose by 1.7%.

At the same time, 38 out of 50 shares of Nifty declined, 11 increased while there was no change in one. All except the IT sector of NSE declined. Pharma sector was the biggest decline of 1.89% due to reports of Trump’s announcement of trump’s new tariff on medicines. At the same time, healthcare fell by 1.79% and metal by 1.43%.
