A decline is being seen in the stock market on Tuesday, November 11, the second trading day of the week. Sensex is trading 150 points down at 83,350 level. Nifty has also fallen by 50 points, it has come to the level of 25,500.
Mixed business in global market
- In Asian markets, Japan’s Nikkei index is trading 0.43% higher at 51,131 and Korea’s Kospi is trading 1.48% higher at 4,133.
- Hong Kong’s Hang Seng index fell 0.34% to 26,558 and China’s Shanghai Composite fell 0.38% to 4,003.
- On November 10, America’s Dow Jones closed at 47,368, up 0.81%. At the same time, Nasdaq Composite closed 2.27% higher and S&P 500 closed 1.54% higher.
FIIs sold shares worth ₹4,076 crore on November 10
- On November 10, FIIs sold shares worth Rs 4,076 crore. Whereas DII has bought shares worth Rs 5,811 crore.
- In the month of October, Foreign Portfolio Investors i.e. FPI have invested Rs 14,610 crore.
- In the month of September, FIIs sold shares worth ₹35,301.36 crore, while DIIs bought shares worth ₹65,343.59 crore.
Sensex rose 319 points on Monday
On Monday, November 10, the first trading day of the week, the Sensex rose 319 points and closed at 83,535. Nifty also had a rise of 82 points, it closed at the level of 25,574. 19 out of 30 Sensex stocks saw a rise.
