There is a decline in the stock market today i.e. on 11th August. The Sensex is trading at the level of 78,150, down by more than 300 points. Nifty has also fallen by more than 100 points, it is trading at 24,500. There is heavy selling in banking and FMCG shares today.

Earlier yesterday i.e. on 19th August, there was a slight rise in the stock market. The Sensex closed at 78,542 with a gain of 43 points. Nifty also gained 13 points, it closed at 24,584.
