The State Bank of India (SBI) has released the Probationary Officer (PO) preliminary exam admit card 2025. Applicants can download their admit cards from the official website at sbi.co.in using their registration number and password. The exam is set to be conducted on August 2, 4, and 5, 2025.
This recruitment drive aims to fill 541 Probationary Officer posts, including 500 regular and 41 backlog vacancies. Successful candidates for the PO posts can expect a monthly salary of Rs 41,960.

Step 1: Navigate to the official website at sbi.co.in/careers,
Step 2: Then, go to the SBI PO 2025 section on the homepage.
Step 3: Under the SBI PO section, click on the link for “SBI PO Prelims Admit Card 2025.”
Step 4: Key in your registration number and password/ date of birth, on the login page.
Step 5: Your SBI PO Admit Card 2025 will appear on the screen.
Step 6: Download and take a printout for further use.

SBI After Prelims Exam Pattern
The SBI Clerk Preliminary Examination comprises objective-type questions, with a total of 100 marks. Candidates have one hour to complete the exam, which is divided into three sections: English Language (30 marks), Numerical Ability (30 marks), and Reasoning (35 marks). Each section is allotted 20 minutes. Every question is worth one mark, and each incorrect answer incurs a penalty of one-fourth of a mark.
Candidates who successfully pass the prelims exam will move on to the main exam, tentatively scheduled for September. The SBI PO mains exam, conducted online, has two parts: objective and descriptive. The results of the mains exam will be declared in September or October. Those who clear the main examination will proceed to the interview process and then to document verification. The final stage consisting of psychometric test, group exercises and interview will be held in October or November.
Besides, candidates must have a graduation degree in any subject from a recognised university. Students of graduation final year, whose result will be declared by December 31, 2025, are also eligible, however, they will have to submit proof of their degree at the time of selection.
