Russia’s main security agency Federal Security Service (FSS) has framed charges of promoting terrorism against Pavel Durov, founder of messaging app Telegram. Russia has also put him in the international wanted list.
The FSS alleged that Telegram’s administration has failed to remove channels, chats and bots that are being used by Ukrainian intelligence agencies and extremist organizations to carry out subversion, cyber fraud and terrorist activities in Russia.

In the same quarter last year, the company had made a profit of ₹885 crore. Adani Enterprises has released the results for the first quarter of the financial year 2026-27 on July 29.
The company may have suffered a loss of Rs 1160 crore but its quarterly revenue has increased by 50% compared to last year. In the last year’s quarter, the company had achieved revenue of Rs 21,961 crore.

3. Adani Ports profit rises 10% to ₹3,650 crore: Revenue up 19% in Q1; Company benefited from domestic ports business

Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Limited (APSEZ) has declared the results for the first quarter (April-June) of the financial year 2026-27. The company’s consolidated net profit increased by 10% year-on-year to Rs 3,650 crore on the back of strong domestic and international business.
In the same quarter of the last financial year, the company had made a profit of Rs 3,311 crore. An increase of 19% has also been recorded in the company’s earnings from operations. During this period, the company’s revenue increased to Rs 10,821 crore, which was Rs 9,126 crore in the same period a year ago.
