The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has revised the schedule of several recruitment examinations due to administrative reasons. The most notable revision is for the Rajasthan State and Subordinate Services Combined Competitive (RAS) Preliminary Examination 2026.
Originally scheduled for November 29, 2026, the RAS Prelims will now be conducted on December 6, 2026. Along with this change, the Commission has also issued tentative dates for other recruitment exams, including the RAS Main Exam.
As per the updated schedule, the RAS Main Examination will take place on May 1 and 2, 2027. The main exam will be conducted over two days, while the detailed timetable and subject-wise schedule will be released separately later.
RPSC has also revised the date of the Professor-Special Education (Secondary Education Department) Competitive Examination 2026. This exam, earlier set for December 6, 2026, will now be held on December 8, 2026. Additionally, the Assistant Prosecution Officer (Main) Examination 2026 has been tentatively scheduled for December 27, 2026, with its detailed schedule to be issued later.
The Commission has clarified that these are currently only tentative revised dates. Complete details such as exam timings, shifts, admit card release dates, and guidelines will be published on the official RPSC website in due course.
