Michael Steckling sues Tamir Poleg of Real Brokerage, alleging Poleg tried to lure Paige Steckling with cash, property and perks, leading to divorce.

A married real estate executive is accused of trying to lure a female subordinate away from her husband with millions of dollars in cash, property and luxury perks, according to a lawsuit that has surfaced in the US.

The lawsuit, filed by Michael Steckling and obtained by the Daily Mailalleges that Tamir Poleg, chief executive of Utah-based real estate firm Real Brokerage, made an “indecent proposal” to Paige Steckling, a married mother of two who worked under him at the company.

Michael Steckling claims Poleg repeatedly attempted to “poach” his wife with offers that included cash drawn from company stock, real estate deals and lavish trips, ultimately destroying his marriage. Michael and Paige Steckling divorced in 2025.

According to the complaint, Poleg allegedly offered Paige a deal in January 2025 that included a $1.5 million home in Park City, Utah, and assurances that he would “take care of her needs” if she left her husband. The lawsuit further alleges that Poleg sold about $600,000 worth of Real Brokerage stock to finance the proposal.

The filing also claims that Poleg booked a hotel room in Miami for himself and Paige weeks later, and in early February sent her an email outlining instructions on how she could access the promised $1.5 million in two instalments.

Around the same time, Poleg reportedly separated from his wife, while Paige filed for divorce in February 2025, the lawsuit states.

Paige Steckling has disputed the narrative presented by her former husband. In a statement to the Daily Mailshe said her marriage ended for personal reasons and denied that the claims in the lawsuit reflected reality. “I’m confident the legal process will address any inaccuracies,” she said.

Poleg acknowledged sending the email referenced in the lawsuit but denied all allegations of wrongdoing. He told the outlet that he was merely offering financial support that Paige had requested and rejected claims of romantic involvement or interference in her marriage.

“No offers, no romance, no interference,” Poleg said, adding that Paige had often complained about her marriage and that he believed the relationship lacked “genuine love or affection.”

Michael Steckling is seeking $5 million in damages, alleging intentional interference that led to the collapse of his marriage. Real Brokerage, meanwhile, is valued at approximately $886 million, according to the report.
