IIM Calcutta has secured the eighth rank in the QS International Business Rankings 2026 for its Executive MBA programme, making it one of the top 10 institutions globally.

Top MBA Colleges: IIM Ahmedabad has made it to the list of world-renowned institutions in the QS International Trade Rankings 2026. It has secured the 32nd rank for its Master in Global Management (MGM) programme. Meanwhile, the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade has achieved the 71st rank for its MGM programme.
The Thunderbird School of Global Management at Arizona State University in the US tops the list, followed by the National University of Singapore with its MSc in International Business programme in second place and Durham University in third place.
IIM Bangalore, with its MBA/Mastership programme, ranked 52nd in the global top 100, while IIM Calcutta ranked 64th. Overall, India featured in the QS World University Rankings 2026 with 54 institutions, the highest number ever.

IIM Calcutta has secured the eighth rank in the QS International Trade Rankings 2026 for its Executive MBA programme, making it one of the top 10 institutions globally. The University of Cambridge (Global Executive MBA) secured the first rank, while London Business School held the second rank.

“Indian Institute of Management (IIM) – Calcutta is the country’s first and only entry in the Ranking, achieving an outstanding result placing at eighth in the world. Other new entries this year include University of Miami (14th) and Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (17th),” states the notice.
