Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla rebuked Opposition MPs as they gathered at the well of the House and sloganeered fiercely with placards in their hands against the Bihar Special Intensive Revision (SIR) and allegations of vote theft against the BJP and the Election Commission of India. “The people have not sent you to destroy government property,” he said, adding that he has to take strict measures against them if they don’t follow rules.
