PM Modi chaired a high-level meeting on security, days after India entered into an “understanding” with Pakistan to halt military operations on the border.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi chaired a Cabinet Committee on Security meeting, his first after the ceasefire with Pakistan, at his residence in the national capital.
The CCS meeting was followed by a Cabinet meeting.
The meetings are expected to discuss the aftermath of the ‘Operation Sindoor’, besides formulating a strategic response to Pakistan.
