New Delhi: The RELENTLESS coverage of Operation Sindoor under which 9 terror camps in Pakistan were blown off by Indian Army has rattled the neighbouring nation so much so that it stooped down to muzzling Indian media voices. In its freshest cowardly act, Pakistan has banned Zee News in its country.
The move is part of a broader crackdown on media outlets that Pakistan accuses of spreading “propaganda”.

Indian Army at wee hours on the intervening night of Wednesday (7 May 2025) night as launched ‘OPERATION SINDOOR’, hitting terrorist infrastructure in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Jammu and Kashmir from where terrorist attacks against India have been planned and directed. Altogether, nine sites were targeted.
Indian Army took the steps in the wake of the barbaric Pahalgam terrorist attack that killed 25 Indians and one Nepali citizen on April 22.
“Our actions have been focused, measured and non-escalatory in nature. No Pakistani military facilities have been targeted. India has demonstrated considerable restraint in selection of targets and method of execution,” said a government release. “We are living up to the commitment that those responsible for this attack will be held accountable,” the release added.
The international community has expressed concern over the escalating conflict. Iran has offered to mediate between the two nations, with Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi visiting both New Delhi and Islamabad to facilitate dialogue. As the situation continues to develop, the global community watches closely. It has urged the two nations for a de-escalation of tensions.
