Open AI has launched the GPT 5 model. The company has described it as the most powerful model ever. Openai’s CEO Sam Altman claims that GPT-5 acts like a PHD level expert in any subject.
This is the first model that is also available for free users. Openai has launched its most advanced AI model Chatgpt-5 on Thursday. The company claims that it is the smartest, fastest and useful model ever. The most important thing is that for the first time a regioning model has also been made available for free users. Till now, models of this level were paid.
PHD level intelligence claim
Openai’s CEO Sam Altman told in the press conference that using GPT-5 is like you have a full team of PHD level experts in every subject.
He said, ‘GPT-3 was like a high school student. GPT-4 was like a college student. But GPT-5 is the first model to really look like talking to the PHD level expert.
Altman also said that once it is used GPT-5, it seems very bad to return to GPT-4. He compared it to the old pixeled iPhone to the iPhone with a retinal display. That is, it is considered like a big breakthrough.
