Military historian and aviation analyst Tom Cooper, while talking to India Today, said that India was a clear winner in the air battle against Pakistan. This comes after India launched Operation Sindoor in retaliation to the April 22 Pahalgam terror attack, and Pakistan responded with aerial attacks across border towns using missiles and drones last week.
He said that the more he followed the news and social media, from the evening of May 7 till May 9, it became clear that Pakistan was losing.
“And when you see that Pakistani ground-based air defence system has been hit, then the Pakistani air force has been pushed away from the border to India,” he added.
