Nirf rankings 2025: The Ministry of Education will release the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) 2025 on September 4. Students and institutions can check the rankings on the official website at nirfindia.org. The official notice reads: “India Rankings 2025 will be released on 04th September 2025.”
This year marks the 10th edition of the NIRF rankings. The release was delayed after the Madras High Court issued a temporary stay over complaints regarding transparency and data accuracy.
The National Board of Accreditation (NBA) publishes the rankings every year. The NIRF rankings rate institutions based on teaching, learning, research, graduation outcomes, outreach, and perception.
