Those who cleared the Phase 1 online examination held on September 14 will have to next appear for the Phase 2 examination set to be conducted on October 29, 2025. The final merit list will be prepared based on the combined marks of the main examination (objective test) and interview, in descending order.
“Phase-II (mains) examination will be conducted on 29th October 2025. Downloading of call-letters indicating date and venue of Phase-II examination will commence shortly. Candidates are advised to keep visiting the Recruitment section of our website for further details. Mark-sheet & cut – offs for the Phase-I examination will be displayed on our website soon,” states the official notice.

Step 1: Visit the official NIACL website at newindia.co.in.
Step 2: Click on the link for the NIACL AO result displayed on the homepage.
Step 3: Enter your login credentials on the new page that opens.
Step 4: Click on ‘Submit,’ and your result will appear on the screen.
Step 5: Review the admit card and save it as a document.

A total of 550 Administrative Officer (AO) posts will be filled across various specialisations. The openings include Risk Engineers (50), Automobile Engineers (75), Legal Specialists (50), Accounts Specialists (25), AO (Health) (50), IT Specialists (25), Business Analysts (75), Company Secretary (2), Actuarial Specialists (5), and Generalists (193).
A candidate appointed to the officers’ cadre on regular payroll of the company will undergo a probation period of one year from the date of joining. This probation period may be extended twice, each time by an additional six months, for a maximum extension of one year.
The candidates selected for these posts will get a salary of Rs 51,000 per month. Apart from this, pension, gratuity, LTS, medical benefit, insurance etc. will also be received.
