NEET UG Counselling 2025: Stray Vacancy Round Seat Allotment Result Likely Today At mcc.nic.in

NEET UG Seat Allotment Result: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) is expected to announce the NEET UG counselling 2025 stray vacancy round seat allotment result today, November 12. Candidates who participated in the stray vacancy counselling round will be able to view the seat allotment result once it is released on the official MCC website at mcc.nic.in.

Those who are allotted a seat must report to the college with their original documents, pay the admission fee, and finish the joining formalities. Those who have been assigned seats will have to report to the colleges between November 13 and 20.

How To Check NEET UG Seat Allotment Result?

Step 1: Visit the official MCC portal at mcc.nic.in.

Step 2: Click on the ‘UG Medical Counselling’ section.

Step 3: Find and select the link for stray vacancy round seat allotment result – NEET UG 2025.

Step 4: Enter your application number, date of birth, and security code.

Step 5: View and download your allotment letter for future reference.

In the seat allotment stage, MCC assigns seats based on the given preferences and publishes the results online. This means, candidates will be allotted colleges based on their preferences which they selected during the choice filling and locking period. These preferences, along with your NEET rank and reservation rules, will decide your seat.

The registration process for the stray vacancy round began on November 4 and ended on November 9, 2025. The facility for choice filling and locking was available from November 5 to November 9, 2025. The seat allotment processing took place on November 10, 2025. The last date of the stray vacancy round is November 20.

MCC handles counselling for 15 per cent All India Quota (AIQ) seats in government medical and dental colleges. The other 85 per cent seats are filled through separate state counselling. Some states like Uttar Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Jharkhand, Punjab, Assam, and Telangana have already started their own registration process.
