Mickie James, The Beautiful People To Enter TNA Wrestling Hall Of Fame

TNA Wrestling has announced that Mickie James and the iconic faction The Beautiful People will be inducted into the company’s Hall of Fame during Bound For Glory on Sunday, October 12, at the Tsongas Center in Lowell, Massachusetts. The ceremony will take place at TNA’s biggest annual event, airing live worldwide.

The surprise announcement was revealed earlier this week on a live episode of Notsam Wrestling Live! on SiriusXM, where TNA President Carlos Silva interrupted an interview with James to deliver the news. James becomes the first confirmed inductee of the 2025 Hall of Fame class.

Who is Mickie James?

Mickie James is one of the most recognizable figures in women’s wrestling, with a career spanning more than two decades. Born in Richmond, Virginia, she began wrestling in 1999 and quickly rose through the ranks with her athleticism, character work, and ability to captivate audiences.

James became a household name during her tenure in WWE, where she engaged in high-profile rivalries and won multiple world championships. Outside the ring, she is also an accomplished country music singer, best known for her hit single Hardcore Country. She is a member of the Native American Music Awards Hall of Fame and is signed to Sony Music.

Mickie James’ Hall of Fame Career

James is an 11-time women’s world champion between WWE and TNA Wrestling, including five reigns as TNA Knockouts World Champion. She has been recognized multiple times as Woman Wrestler of the Year and earned critical acclaim for her 2021 Bound For Glory match against Deonna Purrazzo, which was voted Knockouts Match of the Year.

Her longevity, championship pedigree, and role in shaping the modern Knockouts division have made her one of the most decorated women’s wrestlers of all time. With her induction, James joins Gail Kim, Awesome Kong, and Traci Brooks as the only Knockouts in the TNA Hall of Fame.

Who is The Beautiful People Faction?

Alongside James, The Beautiful People, one of the most influential women’s factions in wrestling history, will also be inducted. Originally formed in TNA by Angelina Love and Velvet Sky in 2007, the group became known for their glamorous yet villainous personas, dominating the Knockouts division with their mix of charisma, arrogance, and in-ring success.

Over the years, The Beautiful People helped establish women’s wrestling as a central attraction in TNA. Their impact on storylines and the presentation of women’s wrestling left a lasting legacy, making them one of the most talked-about stables in company history.

Bound For Glory 2025

This year’s Bound For Glory is shaping up as one of TNA’s most significant cards. All the TNA stars will be at Bound For Glory, including Jeff & Matt Hardy, Nic & Ryan Nemeth, Mike Santana, Moose, AJ Francis, Steve Maclin, Eric Young, Brian Myers, Mustafa Ali, Leon Slater and Knockouts such as Indi Hartwell, Tessa Blanchard, Masha Slamovich and all members of the Elegance Brand.

In addition, TNA World Champion Trick Williams – a member of the NXT roster – will be at Bound For Glory in Lowell. One of the most-anticipated BFG matches this year is The Hardys vs. Team 3D (members of the TNA Wrestling Hall of Fame) One Last Time.
