A massive fire erupted on the top floor of the Shabad Apartment complex in Dwarka Sector 13, Delhi, on Tuesday morning, causing widespread panic among residents. Eight fire tenders have been deployed to the scene and are actively working to extinguish the blaze, officials confirmed.
