Navi Mumbai lover kills woman’s husband
In a shocking incident in Navi Mumbai, a disgruntled lover killed a woman’s husband, stuffed his body in a sack, and threw it in a river, the officials said.
Aminur Ali Ahmed, 21, was arrested in connection with the incident. The married couple was identified as Fatima Mandal, 25, and Abubakar Suhadli Mandal, 35.
The couple lived in Navi Mumbai’s Vashi.
According to the police, Aminur loved Fatima and had asked her to marry him time and again.
When the husband did not return home from his office on Monday, the wife approached the police and filed a missing complaint. She also informed the police that Aminul had been forcing her to marry him.
The police launched an investigation into the complaint and found that the husband had been killed by Aminul.
The cops said that the accused stuffed the body in a sack and dumped it into a stream, and to destroy any evidence, he threw the clothes of the deceased in a drain.
Abubakar’s body was recovered from the creek on Wednesday.
The police have arrested Aminul in connection with the murder and are searching for a friend whom the cops believe assisted him in the incident.
